Office Assistant
About the job
We’re a friendly international company located in the heart of Amsterdam, and we’re looking for a proactive and organised person to help our office running smoothly.
When?
8 hours per week
Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 9:30–13:00 (with some flexibility)
Your role:
Preparing simple, tasty lunches for ~15 people (salads, pasta, rice dishes, etc.)
Doing the weekly shopping or ordering groceries online
Keeping the kitchen tidy and organised after lunch
Managing basic office supplies (coffee, milk, paper, etc.)
Organising team events and outings (dinners, boat trips, Christmas party, etc.)
Helping improve and decorate the office (photos, plants, small projects like our roof terrace)
What we expect from you:
Conversational level of English
Responsibility and independence
A positive, hands-on attitude
Availability every Tuesday and Thursday
What we offer:
A contract for 8 hours a week
€17,26 per hour (including holiday pay)
32 hours paid annual leave
Office in a great central location, right next to the metro and public transport
