About the position

Sitly is on a mission to make childcare accessible and convenient for families everywhere. As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us scale our user acquisition engine across multiple countries. From Google Ads to Meta campaigns, you’ll operate our paid acquisition machine driving performance through experimentation, strategic insight, and executional excellence.

Sitly is an international childcare platform that helps parents find babysitters and nannies in their area. With millions of registered users across 14 countries, we are on a mission to make childcare more accessible for families around the world.

We are a small, ambitious, and fast-moving team based in Amsterdam. Sitly has been profitable from the beginning and has never raised external funding. This allows us to grow with independence and long-term focus, always putting users first.

Responsibilities

Channel Optimization: Manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns across paid search and paid social (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok).

Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our Creative Coordinator to test and iterate on social ad creatives. Provide direction and feedback to improve engagement and conversions. Editing and optimising creatives using tools like CapCut & Canva.

Insights & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance via Google Analytics and our internal reporting dashboards. Translate data into actionable insights and strategy shifts.

Market Trends: Stay on top of industry and platform trends, competitor movements, and algorithm changes to identify new growth opportunities.

AI Champion: Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, image generation, automation scripts) to streamline ad operations, enhance creative ideation, and uncover insights, while actively encouraging best practices and experimentation across the team.

About you

Must-haves:

  • 0-1 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.

  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Analytical thinking - ability to understand and interpret data.

  • Fluent in English (this is the working language of the company)

  • Organised and detail-oriented.

  • Drive to understand AI tools and to use them to improve ways of working.

  • Fast learner and ability to understand new tools quickly.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

  • Background working across multiple international markets.

  • Any of the following languages: Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, German.

  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or other emerging platforms.

  • A degree in a relevant field.
