Sitly started in 2009 and has become the fastest growing international platform that connects families with babysitters, nannies and childminders, making flexible and affordable at-home child care possible. Sitly is live on web, iOS and Android app, and has millions of registered families, babysitters, nannies and childminders in 14 different countries.

We pride ourselves on being an independent, profitable tech company that has never had to raise any funding. We get up in the morning to improve the experience for our users, and to keep growing fast. Our small team (42 people) has to be smart about what we spend time on: We focus on the basics, while at the same time rapidly and radically testing new ideas.

We are a diverse team made up of 22 nationalities, from Spanish to Norwegian, from Ukrainian to Dutch. We have a culture of independence, getting things done, and being humble while we do that. We focus on growth, but never lose sight of what is most important: providing the best childcare platform, that helps parents and babysitters across the globe.
